I have just finished reading the book Little Brother. This book is about a seventeen year-old boy who is forced to declare virtual warfare on the U.S. Goverment. This book is a good read, it has very real characters, and is true to real life. After reading this book i not only had the usual urge to shout "Adventure!" and go on a life changing quest, but i realised that in day to day life, there is still an adveture to be found.

Quote

I chose the quote at the top of the page because its funny, true and opens your eyes. If you've ever heard the "its funny cus its ture!" this is one of those things, people always go on and on about how good classics are, then when you ask a simple question like "So who's your favourite character?" they'll either reply with "Uh, um, uuuhh" or name one of the main characters. Everyone assumes that they're the only ones that haven't read a classic, but really, now a days, not alot of people have.

Little Brother X (part 1)

I have started reading Little Brother X By Cory Doctorow. The book starts with an average (super-intelligent) American boy named Marcus, who happens to be the accomplished computer hacker, w1n5t0n (Winston). Him and his best friends, Darryl, Van, and Jolu, play an ARG (Alternate Reality Game) called Harajuku Fun Madness. After sneaking out of school one day, they are caught in the middle of an attack. Not unlike your average day in San Fransico. Marcus is a kid I can relate to, especially when talking about the stupidity of tourists, (having lived in Stratford most of my life, tourists are normal). I'll be updating whenever i get time to.
